Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre - Brooks

Our room had two comfortable queen beds and we loved the convenient location near the electrical outlet.

Even if the Inn is a bit older, it has been nicely redone. It's clean and reasonable attractive. I doubt you can beat the staff; everyone seemed friendly and most obliging. The food is tasty and inexpensive by most standards.

I only stayed one night and came in quite late and left early so didn't have time to explore or anything, but it was sufficient for the one night and I had a good night's sleep. The bed and pillows were comfy (the pillows were atually pretty divinely comfortable), I wasn't bothered by noise, and for what I paid, I thought it was pretty good. For a weekend trip and budget accomodations, I'd recommend it.

I thought the door and locks weren't great in terms of safety. The front door seemed to have only a partially installed chain lock. And the turn lock on the handle seemed iffy too.

The rooms are spacious with 2 queen beds and the breakfast is fantastic, plus it's conveniently located with easy access to outlets.

Location next to restaurant, Brooks during the month of May 2013, and the main Heritage Inn and Convention Centre. Exceptionally comfortable beds and big room. A wide range of facilities like: an electronic key card, coffee/tea makers and a work desk.

the units are impressive, quiet with 2 queen beds. the hotel has a convenient location in the electrical outlet. a 5-minute walk will take you to subway, where you can eat.

Very comfortable bed, multiple entrances available for easy access throughout the establishment. Convenient location and pleasant ambiance. Excellent service and hospitality at the attached club, Spin, with attentive staff and enjoyable activities like pool. Good food with slight seasoning issue but overall satisfying.

The breakfast here was hot, had a great variety, and the food was delicious; the room was quiet, impressive with 2 queen beds, and had everything we needed.

Excellent customer service and were very good for us in a difficult situation. We had lost some important items and the hotel staff not only found them but also promptly and securely returned them to us by mail. This level of care and attention to detail is commendable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with amenities such as a sink, fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave in the room. Theresa and Shirley provided excellent service, making our stay pleasant. the atrium offered a nice respite from the cold weather, and the breakfast was tasty. the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The outdated furniture and general cleanliness issues throughout the hotel were disappointing.
